Senior Principal Psychologist, Singapore General Hospital

Dr Evelyn Boon (PhD) is a Senior Principal Psychologist in Singapore General Hospital Department of Psychology where she is also the department Education Lead.  She is currently a member of SGH and SingHealth Staff Well Being Councils and the Peer Support Lead with SingHealth HQ. Dr Boon also chairs SGH Mental Health Committee since Aug 2023. 

Some of the things she is passionate about are staff mental well- being and staff experience at work, training and mental health advocacy. Her passion for the advocacy of mental well-being extends to those in the region as well in her collaboration with ASEAN Regional Mine Action Centre to conduct capacity building training on psychosocial support and mental health literacy in ASEAN member states. She is psychology lead with the Singapore Emergency Medical Team which was recently deployed to Myanmar for humanitarian work.
