Chuah Yeow Seng is the Director of Crisis Care Services at Samaritans of Singapore (SOS), where he oversees the organisation’s 24-hour Hotline and CareText messaging services, and client care operations. He leads service innovation in crisis intervention and works closely with partners to strengthen suicide prevention and crisis response capabilities. Yeow Seng also oversees SOS’s AI-Enhanced Crisis Support initiative (AI Care), which leverages real-time risk triage, a virtual assistant, and an AI-powered digital mentor to enhance response timeliness, improve chat quality, and increase volunteer training efficiency.
