Christopher completed his DPsych (Clinical) degree at Macquarie University, Australia, and has worked in the public healthcare sector in Singapore for more than 30 years.  He is currently a Senior Principal Clinical Psychologist in Changi General Hospital. Chris is passionate about helping individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and psychological trauma, using a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Multichannel Eye Movement Integration and Mindfulness-based therapies (e.g. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).  He enjoys facilitating regular mindfulness workshops (“Mindfulness for Busy People”) for his hospital colleagues to help enhance their psychological wellbeing.
