WOW Conference 2026

The WOW Conference, organised by SingHealth, is a Staff Wellness event that underscores our commitment to cultivating a culture of personal and corporate well-being. This year's theme, Wellness from the Inside Out, reflects a fundamental truth about sustainable change: transformation begins within.  

The Mental Wellness track focuses on personal inner work - understanding our emotions, thoughts, and purpose - which forms the foundation for all external impact.  

Taking it a step further, the Culture & Values track explores how this individual inner work scales up to transform our shared workplace culture. 

To be held on 06 March 2026 at The Academia, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, this one-day conference offers all SingHealth employees the chance to engage with wellness leaders, career development experts, and colleagues from across departments. Through interactive sessions and meaningful conversations, participants will gain insights into personal well-being and practical tools to foster a more resilient and collaborative workplace. 

As we navigate the evolving demands of healthcare, WOW 2026 will inspire our staff to embrace well-being principles that enhance personal fulfillment and contribute to a thriving organisational culture.
