Dr Sonali Ganguly is Director of the Obesity Metabolic Unit at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She also serves as an Assistant Professor and College Master for Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore. Dr Ganguly obtained her BSc from Duke University in 1997 and her MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2001. In 2004, she completed her training in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, United States of America. She then did a clinical fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, USA. Dr Ganguly is double-board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She joined the Department of Endocrinology at SGH in November 2007.
