Mr Edison Ng Manager Education & Instructional Technologies SingHealth Academy

Edison Ng is the Head of Education and Instruction Technology for SingHealth Academy. For the past four years, Edison has introduced teaching and learning tools using technology for medical education. He initiated the introduction of e-learning (Online Learning) and m-learning (Mobile Learning) for learning management systems and lecture recording systems via the Internet.

Prior to joining SingHealth Academy, Edison worked in the finance sector where he served as the training manager for teaching and learning. He has been involved in teaching and learning technologies for 10 years, which included Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Citibank Singapore. Edison received his bachelor degree in Multimedia Studies focusing on Web 2.0' social media, 3D animation, games for mobile devices, as well as web design and, digital video and audio production, and his Master in Multimedia focusing on the fundamental aspects of digital multimedia design, organisation and production, and project management.
