Presentation Synopsis
HM 11 AI, Data and Digitalisation for Patient Experience

Summary:

AI capabilities have leapt forward at unprecedented speed — from seeing and understanding to creating and now acting as autonomous agents — yet enterprise value creation has not kept pace. Roughly 70% of AI's projected value remains unrealised, a $9.8 trillion gap that is widening, not narrowing. This is not a technology problem; it is a change management, integration, and operating-model problem. As Singapore advances its boldest AI agenda to date — National AI Council, Champions of AI, expandedincentives — and the digital economy now accounts for ~20% of GDP, there is a narrow window for organisations to convert capability into measurable business impact. Temus, established by Temasek to realise Singapore's Smart Nation vision, brings a different standard: Reimagine bold human + AI workflows, Engineer contextualised models and data foundations, and Deliver value at speed, with sovereignty.

Key objectives / outcomes:

1. Frame the AI Paradox — why capabilities compound every 3–4 months while enterprise deployment is measured in years, and why this is fundamentally a change and integration problem, not a technology one.
2. Adopt the AI Triangle as a decision lens — Speed (2-week prototype, 12-week deployment), Sovereignty (contextualised to business and governance reality) and Value (move from exploratory PoCs to Core Operational AI).
3. See the comprehensive approach in action — Vision & Strategy at the apex, supported by AI Operating Model, Business Transformation and AI Governance, anchored on Data & AI Foundations and AI Fluency.
4. Draw conviction from proven outcomes — 85% compute cost reduction in precision medicine, 45% faster grant evaluation, 2× sales velocity without added spend, multi-agent customer engagement with CRM and loyalty system integration and a multi-agent China research swarm reusable across global desks.
5. Build the personal mindset for an AI-powered future — develop a delegation instinct, use AI as a thinking partner, and widen capability while protecting the craft that sharpens judgement.
