Chong Pang Boon

 In his role, Mr Chong oversees and drives operational and service excellence. He sets strategies that advance the mission of nurturing a culture of continuous innovation and improvement, advancing operational excellence and developing operational leaders. As a strong advocate of patient-centric care, he shaped the integration of operational and clinical-support services to bring about seamless service and patient experience. Leveraging on his operational expertise, Mr Chong led the transformation of the Shared Security Services that recently saw its transition to a contracting model that is outcome-based.
