Ms Siow Ai Li has more than 18 years of invaluable experience in the healthcare industry. In 2002, she joined Siemens Healthineers in Hong Kong where she held various positions over a period of six years and set up the 3T Asia Pacific reference site in Hong Kong in 2005 and relocated to Singapore in 2008 as the ASEAN Modality Manager for Magnetic Resonance, growing the business and revenue by 3-fold.

Currently the Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Singapore, Ms Ai Li's notable achievements include starting FlexForce solutions to support medical imaging centres that have healthcare staff shortages, enabling radiography services, setting up the healthcare Digihub and Information Technology & Digital department (ITD) in Singapore to gear up for the digitalisation journey in Siemens Healthineers. Since 2022, she has been driving value partnerships and managing departmental services in Singapore.
