Dr Soh is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Quality Service Manager for Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). As COO, Dr Soh is responsible for the management and operations of one of Singapore's largest general hospitals with 1600 beds including various off-site facilities and community programmes. His portfolio includes support operations, clinical operations, planning and development and corporate services. TTSH is the leader in Lean Healthare Process Improvement Clinical Practice Improvement, Patient Experience, and IT & Automation. Dr Soh leads many of these initiatives and the hospital's transformation towards creating value for patients and staff.

Dr Soh obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore and his Masters of Public Health (Health Care Management) from Harvard University. Effective August 2008, he has been appointed Adjunct Associate Professor at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. Dr Soh completed his Senior Executive Programme at London Business School in 2010. Dr Soh is also certified in Clinical Practice Improvement Programme (CPIP) by National Healthcare Group (2005), Lean Healthcare from Belmonth University Graduate School (2009), Leading Innovations in Healthcare & Education by Harvard Macy Institute (2009), and Value Measurement in Healthcare from Harvard Business School (2012)
