TeamSIM

TeamSIM™ is a simulation-based learning programme jointly organised by the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation and the Institute for Patient Safety & Quality. Designed for healthcare professionals. This programme is designed to introduce healthcare professionals to simulation-based learning approaches that enhance patient safety and team performance. Participants will develop practical skills in creating and implementing effective simulation training experiences within their healthcare settings. The programme combines interactive learning methods with evidence-based principles to strengthen team dynamics and improve patient care outcomes. 

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the session, participants will:

• Explore simulation technologies and learning modalities
• Design effective simulation scenarios for patient safety
• Apply human factors and crisis resource management principles
• Formulate implementation strategies for their healthcare settings
