Dr Joanne Kua is a senior consultant geriatrician with special interests in active ageing and falls and balance in the older adults. She was the falls service lead and developed community intervention programme for fall and sarcopenia prevention.

Her other interest is in medical education and has contributed significantly to the training of geriatricians. She is currently practicing in St Andrew’s Community Hospital.
