Ms Ethel Lim is a clinical dietitian at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (First Class Honours) from Flinders University and obtained her Master of Public Health from Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. She has a special focus in eating disorders, paediatric weight management and was involved in the development of local activity guidelines for young children and adolescents. With a keen interest in sports nutrition, she has presented in previous iterations of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Sport and Exercise Medicine Conference.

Apart from clinical work, Ethel has been contributing to community programmes related to eating disorder prevention, as well as low-income families and capability building of community partners as part of the KidSTART programme. She also serves as a Clinical Educator and Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Institute of Technology for the Bachelor of Science Dietetics and Nutrition programme.
