Registration for the SAHC 2022 has started and will close on 19 August 2022!

*Funding is available for up to 500 SingHealth Allied Health staff. Should you require funding support, do indicate your interest in the conference registration form.

Payment instructions will be sent to you separately upon receiving your registration. Note that once payment has been made, no refunds will be allowed.

Requests for replacements must be submitted no later than 9 September 2022.

Group Registration

Group registration is applicable if:

(i) you are registering for a group of 6 or more

(ii) all participants in the group share the same payment mode (either via i-banking transfer or invoice to one single organisation)

Note: SingHealth staff who are applying for funding support are not eligible for group registration. Kindly submit your registration via formSG.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Points

This conference has been accredited for CPE points for the following professional bodies:

Singapore Association of Social Workers	Medical Social Workers	Medical Social Workers can include the conference in their CPE log for review upon submission
Singapore Dental Council	Oral Health Therapists	1 point will be awarded per hour (excluding registration, breaks, lunch, etc)
Singapore Society of Haematology	Medical Laboratory Scientists/Technologists (MLS/MLTs)	Every 4 hours in a row will be awarded 2 CME points, providing that participants have to participate at least 70% of the duration of the session
Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association	Dietitians	8 CE points for full attendance (1.5 days). CE points are not claimable for partial attendance.
