*Funding is available for up to 500 SingHealth Allied Health staff. Should you require funding support, do indicate your interest in the conference registration form.

Payment instructions will be sent to you separately upon receiving your registration. Note that once payment has been made, no refunds will be allowed.

Requests for replacements must be submitted no later than 9 September 2022.

 

Group Registration

Group registration is applicable if: 

(i) you are registering for a group of 6 or more

(ii) all participants in the group share the same payment mode (either via i-banking transfer or invoice to one single organisation)

Note: SingHealth staff who are applying for funding support are not eligible for group registration. Kindly submit your registration via formSG.
