Dr. Sean Wu is a Consultant in Infectious Diseases at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He serves as Programme Director for Infection Prevention and Epidemiology and is the Technical Advisor at the NUS Centre for Infectious Disease Emergency Response (CIDER). Dr. Wu's clinical practice focuses on infection prevention and outbreak response, with a special interest in hospital-acquired infections and the role of the healthcare environment in pathogen transmission. At NUH, he is part of the core infection prevention team contributing to policy development, surveillance strategies, and outbreak investigations within the hospital. In addition to clinical and advisory work, Dr. Wu is an active educator and delivers training programmes for healthcare professionals and is currently the course lead for a Master's Programme in CIDER.
