Ms Ng Woei Kian, MPH. MN, RN, CIC, is currently an Assistant Director of Nursing in Community Care, NHG Population Health. With over 25 years of experience, her journey spans across gerontology, infection control, quality management and now community care. Leading a team of community health nurses supporting the development of community health initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes ensuring the well-being of diverse populations. This involves fostering partnerships and engaging in outreach efforts with the community care partners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful change within the communities. Alongside her leadership in community care, she is also highly regarded for her proficiency in infection prevention and control.
