Ms Nenny Suzanah is currently a Senior Assistant Director of the Ambulatory Division in SGH. She has over 35 years of healthcare experience in various fields—nursing, operations, and administration, including programme development and research, and project management. In the past two decades, she has led the development of several hospital facilities and more recently, the endoscopy centres in Outram Campus.

Additionally, Ms Nenny Suzanah is also involved in various cluster-level projects. In the past decade, Ms Nenny has been active in teaching and training, and is passionate in skills development, quality improvement, infection control, quality and safety, and transformative projects. More recently, she is involved in other future-oriented initiatives such as AI and digital technology, and sustainability projects which may transform the landscape of endoscopy services and operations in the future. She is currently overseeing endoscopy operations and administration, strategic planning, and future endoscopy development in the Outram Campus. Due to the extensive experience, she has been invited to many international conferences and workshops to share her experience and expertise in endoscopy operations and development.
