Johnathan is passionate about understanding humans’ capabilities and limitations. Applying his specialisation in human factors and behavioural design, he strives to achieve processes that are more intuitive, pleasant and just-work. 

Johnathan established & heads the inaugural HF/E office embedded within the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), dedicated to human factors & ergonomics application with the purpose of providing impactful consultations and practical solutions as a catalyst of change for Singapore’s healthcare landscape. 

With over 10 years of public healthcare experience in quality improvement and safety culture, Johnathan is also driven to translate human factors theories into applied outcomes through education and best practices, to attain widespread human factors and ergonomics adoption. He holds a Master's in Smart Product Design with Human Factors Specialisation, and a Bachelor's in Human Factors and Safety.
