Ms Ji Xiaoye is an Infection Prevention Nurse at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), with clinical experience in both critical care and surgical nursing.

She was trained in Critical Care Nursing and is accredited with CIC® (Certified in Infection Control, USA). She is also a member of the Infection Control Association (Singapore) and will begin her Master’s in Infection Prevention and Control at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in August 2026. 

Xiaoye has led several key infection prevention initiatives, including the Audit Programme, Device‑Associated Infection Programme, and Sterilization & Disinfection Programme, and co‑led the Hand Hygiene Programme. She currently oversees the MDRO Programme. 

Her work has been recognised with multiple awards, including the Singapore Health Quality Service Award, the Commendation Medal (COVID‑19), the COVID‑19 Resilience Medal, the SingHealth Associate in Education award and Service with a HEART Award.
