Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
• Incomplete submissions will be rejected.
• Formerly presented poster submissions or abstracts submitted for other conferences in 2025 are allowed.
• Acceptance of abstracts will be notified via email by end April 2027.

Submission Method:

Notification of Acceptance:

Authors will be notified via email of the abstance of abstract, at which time authors will be required to register for the Conference.

Accepted Abstracts:

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be notifed via email by April 2027.

Shortlisted Abstracts:

The committee will review and determine is shortlisted abstracts are for Oral Presentation or Poster Display.

Should your abstract be shortlisted for the Oral Presentation or Poster Display, the committee will notify you via email.

Authors are required to register for the conference.
