About the Programme

The transformation of Managers Development Programme (MDP) to Level 2 People Leadership Programme (L2PLP) will align this programme to the suite of SingHealth Core Milestone Leadership Programmes. This programme aims to develop new team leaders with the basic managerial competencies necessary to manage people.

Building capacity within the team and learn together effectively
