This dynamic professional development course empowers pharmacists to take charge of their career trajectory through strategic portfolio building and self-leadership. Drawing from established frameworks including the Pharmacy Leadership Development Strategy (PLDS) and Developmental Framework for Pharmacists (DFP), participants will learn to craft a purposeful career narrative that aligns with their professional aspirations. The programme adopts the Why-How-What approach integrated with the 70:20:10 learning model, enabling participants to develop practical portfolio-building skills whilst strengthening their self-awareness and reflective capabilities. Through structured activities and guided reflection, pharmacists will explore their professional identity, identify growth opportunities, and create a comprehensive portfolio that showcases their expertise and potential.
