About the College of Clinical Pharmacy

The College of Clinical Pharmacy (CCP) was established in 2024 under SingHealth Academy to advance pharmacy education and practice within Singapore's largest healthcare group. Our college serves a vibrant community of over 1,400 pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants and students across SingHealth, whilst also fostering professional development locally and internationally.

Our vision is to be a global leader in pharmacy education, advancing clinical care and practice. Through our mission to push the frontiers of clinical pharmacy and achieve excellence in practice, education, research and innovation and to nurture a future-ready workforce equipped to lead and drive new practice models and collaborative approaches to advance patient care.

Our Strategic Pillars

CCP’s work is anchored on three strategic pillars: Clinical Programmes, Professional & Faculty Development, and Collaborations and Innovation. These pillars provide comprehensive opportunities for pharmacy professionals to enhance their clinical and technical competencies, and develop expertise in areas such as population health, precision medicine, technology and innovation, leadership development, and digital health.CCP is committed to advocating for our pharmacy community, fostering interprofessional education, and creating collaborative practice for better patient care.
