This course aims to provide nurses with the relevant knowledge and skills to assess, prevent and understand the management of pressure injuries at its different stages. Nurses will be equipped with skills in wound dressing using various wound products to prevent and manage pressure injuries. It also covers the medico-legal aspects of pressure injuries, the significance of correct documentation and caregiver education.

This course is organised by the Department of Nursing Administration, Nursing Education, Changi General Hospital.
