Preceptorship Programme

The Preceptorship Programme prepares advanced beginner nurses with the knowledge and skills to precept new nurses on the unit. The programme will mainly cover the roles and responsibilities of a clinical preceptor, clinical supervision and assessment, and giving effective feedback. Clinical Preceptors must be at least 2 years of experience. 

     

This course is organised by Department of Nursing Administration, Nursing Education, Changi General Hospital.
