CCM drives various IPE activities and initiatives in SingHealth with the long-term objective of facilitating seamless interprofessional collaborative practice (IPCP), so as to provide better standards of care for our patients. Key IPE activities include:

IPE Events and Workshops

CCM organises IPE events and workshops, which brings together the expertise of the various healthcare professions to formulate comprehensive care plans for different areas of focus. Through intra and interprofessional sharing in small groups, participants grow in their understanding of the different roles and challenges faced by the various members in a healthcare team.
