Nomination Procedure

1. Nominees to submit:
   • Completed nomination form endorsed by Head of Department
   • Current curriculum vitae
   • Supporting evidence to show how the nominee satisfies the nomination criteria
2. Nomination form and other supporting documents to be submitted to:

3. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
4. Nominations must be received by 30 June 2020, Tuesday, 5 pm.
5. No revisions will be permitted once the documents have been submitted.
