Dr. Huang entered Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in 2002 for residency training combined with modern medicine and Chinese medicine. He was selected to study at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xuanwu Hospital and then obtained a master's degree and a doctorate in medicine from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Institute of Clinical Medicine of Chang Gung University respectively. He is currently the director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Dr. Huang actively participates in various academic research and teaching conferences with excellent performance. He has won the first place in the Clinical Application of Research Results Award many times. He is currently continuing to cooperate with scholars in various fields to conduct research on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, published high-quality papers, and had ever been the guest editor of Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine. He is also invited to give speeches outside the hospital and is well received. In terms of international exchanges, He has given speeches in Japan, Korea, Canada, the United States, Australia, Austria, Germany, England, Malaysia, Singapore and Brazil.
