Adj Assoc Prof Lim Soo Teik is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist, Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, and former Head of Cardiology Department with the National Heart Centre Singapore. A passionate educator, he is also heavily involved in healthcare informatics, as the NHCS Director of Medical Informatics. He is also chairman of the SingHealth Cardiology Image and Information Management System project as well as SingHealth ECG Management System project.
Adj Assoc Prof Lim serves as Course Co-Director of AsiaPCR and Singapore CTO Course. Other than interventional cardiology, A/P Lim has special interest in pulmonary hypertension. His team performed the first balloon pulmonary angioplasty for the treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in Singapore. He is a key member of the NHCS/SGH CTEPH multidisciplinary team.
