Dr HEAH Hon Wei Harold

Dr Harold Heah graduated with a MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2004 and later qualified as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2008. He completed his Otolaryngology (ENT) Specialty training in 2014 and was awarded the SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan scholarship to sub-specialise in Head & Neck Surgery. Dr Heah completed his clinical fellowship in Advanced Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he had trained with world-renowned experts in the care and management of head and neck cancer patients.
His clinical interests are in thyroid surgery (including minimally invasive approaches), transoral robotic surgery, salivary gland surgery, sialendoscopy and endoscopic skull base surgery. He is actively involved in medical education and is a clinical instructor with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore and is an adjunct instructor with Duke-NUS Medical School. Dr Heah is also core faculty with the SingHealth ENT Residency Program, where he trains young doctors.
