The Regional Health System (RHS) has been established to develop and strengthen partnerships across care providers in the region, both private and public, and across tertiary, primary and community care settings, to deliver integrated care to the population. The speakers in this symposium will share their experience in the design of the RHS, how the use of data and research can be incorporated into clinical practice, and conducting pragmatic research at the population level to examine the impact of RHS on population health outcomes.
