Dr Tan is a Consultant Nephrologist from Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She graduated from King’s College, London, in 2002, and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006. She obtained specialist accreditation in Renal Medicine in 2010 and underwent training in Interventional Nephrology under the Health Manpower Development Plan in 2011. She is currently the Programme Director for National Healthcare Group Renal Medicine Residency and is an Executive Committee member of the Singapore Society of Nephrology. She has active teaching roles as Senior Clinical Lecturer in Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and as Adjunct Assistant Professor in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University.
