Senior Enrolled Nurse Developmental Programme​

This course is designed for Senior Enrolled Nurse to acquire more in-depth knowledge and skills in advanced nursing and professional development.

At this course, participants will learn to:

• Apply the principles of organizing and managing effective teamwork in the delivery of patient care

• Apply hospital's policy and procedure in the nursing assessment, plan of care and documentation of nursing care

• Assist in care of the critically ill patients

• Precept newly recruited enrolled nurses, nursing students and trainees
