The team also develops Healthcare Management Programmes for overseas healthcare professionals. Speakers are invited from the various departments within SingHealth to share their area of expertise. These programmes enable delegates to have a broad-based understanding of SingHealth's hospital management approach and systems with a view to apply what they have learnt upon return to their country. It also serves as a channel for the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
