About Trainers

Darrell Quek and Noridana Said customise and conduct mediation, conflict de-escalation and communications training for healthcare professionals. They also facilitate healthcare mediations and consult on medical malpractice as well as other healthcare disputes experienced by public and private healthcare institutions. 

Darrell is an ccredited mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute, and an Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. Noridana is a mediator accredited by the Singapore International Mediation Institute and the Singapore Mediation Centre
