ReXilience® Course: Mental Wellness C.A.R.E.

This is one of the blended learning courses under the ReXilience® Programme.

Destigmatising mental disorders allows individuals to support those at risk of struggling with these conditions and individuals affected by life struggles. It validates their experiences and acknowledges that their struggles are being heard. This is essential to improve quality of life and support sustainable recovery.
