ReXilience® Mental Wellness C.A.R.E. – Supporting Individuals Through Life Struggles

This is one of the courses under the ReXilience® Programme, which aims to equip staff with the knowledge and skills in mental resilience and psychological wellness support, and to create a culture of care across all SingHealth institutions by:

  1. Raising awareness of the importance of mental and emotional well-being
  2. Equipping individuals with knowledge and skills to thrive
  3. Engaging organisations to support resilience building initiatives

This course equips participants with communication skills to provide initial support to individuals who are experiencing life struggles, or at risk of developing mental health issues.


Learning Objectives


At the course, participants will learn:
  • Develop C.A.R.E. skills to support affected individuals experiencing life struggles
  • Identify individuals who are at risk of mental health issues
  • Empower affected individuals through self-help strategies
  • Communicate effectively to affected individuals to seek early professional help as required

Target Audience

  • SingHealth staff who are interested to develop skills to support someone experiencing life struggles
  • SingHealth team leads who is planning to strengthen the mental resilience of their workforce
