Deputy Director of Nursing, Singapore General Hospital
Dr Lim Su Fee is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Rehabilitation Medicine and Deputy Director of Nursing in Singapore General Hospital. She did her rehabilitation nursing training at various training centres overseas; Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in 2002, Michael Debakey VA at Houston in 2006 and Durham VA Medical Centre in 2014.
Dr Lim is actively involved in the APN Training and Examination at the national level. She also teaches at NUS as a part-time tutor for the National Collaborative Prescribing Programme. Currently, she is the nursing lead for RHS-led Community Nursing at SGH. The geographically-based community nursing team supports the care needs of residents in the community with the aim to anchor population health management and shift care from hospital to the community.
Her research interest is in population health and persons with disabilities.
