As a virtual college, CHeAL adopts a system of matrix reporting and shared performance indicators. It taps on existing resources to roll out administrative and leadership initiatives.
CHeAL taps on the resources of the Leadership & Organisational Development (LOD - under SHR) and the Office of SingHealth Academy (OSHA – under GE). LOD oversees the leadership and competency development of SingHealth staff, and works closely with administration domains to develop specific domain competency. OSHA supports in areas of learning technology and the organising of workshops.
